The Classic Edition Die Cutting and Gluing/Converting of Customer Supplied Preprinted Stock is just another service we provide at reduced pricing.

This includes die cutting and gluing/converting using our dies. A few examples include:

Standard 9″ x 12″ with one or two glued 4″ pockets.
Standard 9″ x 14 1/2″ Legal with two glued 3″: pockets.
Standard 9″ x 12″ with two glued 4 1/4″ pockets, and round corners at the top right corner.
Standard 4″ x 9″ with one or two glued 3″ pocket

Note: On any of the above folders where there is the option for one pocket, it is always on the right back cover side.

Design and dimensions cannot be altered on Classic Edition folders.

Business card slits are available at no extra charge, in several different configurations, but are always centered on the pocket where they appear.

Helpful Hints

Requirements that MUST be met to take advantage of the discounted pricing associated with the Classic Edition conversion system include:

You must allow exactly a ¾” gripper edge at the top of the press sheet.
The stock can be no lighter than 8 point, nor heavier than 120# cover.
We will run all stock supplied and charge accordingly unless explicitly directed otherwise.
