We are able to glue and fold many of these items on automatic equipment.

Helpful Hints

We are able to do die cutting on press sheets from 3″ x 4″ up to a sheet size of 22″ x 30″.
We must have a gripper edge no smaller than ½”. We can die cut stocks that range from 20# writing stocks up to 25 point board. However, when running the heavier stocks, grain direction is important, so please call before you print. Scoring of stocks less than 3 point is not recommended with rule and matrix systems that we incorporate.

Standard Dies: We have countless standard in-house dies for presentation folders available for your use. We will make any die you require, but the appropriate time must be allowed.

Gripper: We need, in most cases, a minimum of 1/2″ for the grip edge. Also, when tight registration is indicated, you should position the grip and guide as close to the image as possible. Also, never pre-trim a job before calling and talking with us. This avoids registration nightmares for us all.

• A spec sheet or a specific requirements description
